Cortex Research is a United Kingdom-based AI company. We build and operate Vera — a unified AI agent platform powered by models we train and host entirely on UK infrastructure.
Our goal is straightforward: to give British and European organisations access to AI that is as capable as the best tools available globally, while keeping their data inside UK jurisdiction and under UK law.
We build and post-train frontier AI models on UK infrastructure. Vera 1.6 is our current production model — a state-of-the-art reasoning model built and hosted entirely in the United Kingdom.
